Shipping

Orders ship from Canada with Canada Post. Only tracked services are available. You choose one at checkout, where you'll see the price for your address.

Duties and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Stripe may show your local currency at checkout.

Each shipping option at checkout says who pays duties and taxes:

• Duties and taxes included: the option's price includes them, and we pay them before the parcel leaves. This covers the United States and many EU countries.
• Duties and taxes due on delivery: your country's customs or carrier may charge you when the parcel arrives. This covers the rest of the world.

Returns

All sales are final, and we don't accept returns. If your product is broken when it arrives, contact us.
