Greg's Tinker Town runs this store. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and what you bought.
• Back-in-stock alerts: your email address and the product you asked about.
• Messages: whatever you send when you contact us.

We never see or store your card number. Stripe handles payment on its own checkout page.

Why we use it

We use your information to take payment, ship your order, send order and tracking details, answer your questions, send alerts you asked for, and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes payments.
• Canada Post delivers orders, and foreign customs authorities receive the declaration for international parcels.
• Zonos receives customs details for parcels where duties are prepaid.
• Amazon Web Services hosts this site and sends our email.

These companies may process information outside your country, including in Canada and the United States.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser. Stripe uses cookies on its checkout page to process payment and prevent fraud.

Your choices

Every back-in-stock email has an unsubscribe link. To ask for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, contact us. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
